Privacy Policy

Short version: we store what the product needs to work, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

• Your name and email, from Google sign-in.
• Meetings you send the bot to: the meeting link, when it ran, and its status.
• Plays: which clip you dropped, when, and in which meeting.
• Clips you upload, stored privately to your account.

What we don't do

• The bot doesn't record, transcribe, or store your meetings' audio or video.
• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes data for us

Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Recall.ai (operating the meeting bot), GIPHY (clip search), and Stripe (billing, for paid plans). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

You can delete uploaded clips anytime. To delete your account and its data, email support@meetingmeme.com and we'll remove it.
